McMyAdmin may at times show that your server is using near maximum amount of memory. This is normal and shouldn't cause any alarm. Minecraft fully manages it's resources and loads certain resources and your map into memory to help maintain a good performance. Unless you are noticing performance issues, please do not worry too much about this figure.
